I'm told Councilmember Mel Franklin ran into woods after the DUI crash and was found by police. - per multiple sources #NBC4DC


MD State Police confirm that Pr. George's Councilmember Mel Franklin was arrested and charged with DUI after a crash last Monday.

  Tolerance Tolerance means to bounce back even when thrown against a very hard wall. The ability to do this comes from sensing that life is a game and that all things move in cycles.
